Things you may not know about us…
We are a design and marketing agency based in Barnstaple, North Devon. We are lucky to live and work in one of only seven UNESCO biospheres in the UK, an area with so much moorland and coastline around that there is always somewhere left to explore. We all work hard and there is always something to work on, but we don’t believe in staying at work for the sake of it. We encourage our team to leave on time at the end of the day to enjoy the local beaches, surf, coastal paths & moors. We think time in big open spaces is a great antidote to working at a desk.
We encourage our team to help our clients find the core problem/opportunity in every job and then supply a creative solution through design and/or code to solve it, helping them to grow. As a result, we don’t tend to work on average websites, there is pretty much always a twist.
We work with a range of clients from NHS Trusts and Charities to privately owned and managed SMEs in a wide range of industries.
Because we encourage our clients to make their website(s) a core part of their organisation, we end up working on:
Kameleon operate a flat structure with no account managers, so some contact with clients is likely and encouraged. We have recently achieved international accreditations in both Quality Management and Data Security which proves we’re serious about continuous improvement in the business, but none of us take ourselves too seriously, humour and humility are important.
As a new team member your place of work would preferably be our Barnstaple Office, however we are open to hybrid work patterns if needed.
No agencies please; direct candidates only.
NO ROLES CURRENTLY FOR YOU?
Get in touch anyway, we’re always looking for good people…
