This British performance vehicle manufacturer required a new website to promote their exhilarating vehicles and meticulous development and production processes.
As soon as we started working with Ariel Motor Co on their previous website, we knew they had a vision and the tenacity to persevere to a high standard of production, to present themselves authentically.
Prior to production of any user interfaces, we produce a style guide document that defines key user interface elements such as links, icons, images, typography and layout.
This step ensures everyone agrees on the fundamentals and the document can be used as reference for feedback on future designs.
Interactive Prototyping
Ariel understand the value of prototyping in their own field and were more than happy to enagage in the process for the development of their website’s primary interactions to ensure a rich animated user experience would be delivered.
Designed for all devices
The previous website was not mobile friendly. Visitors had to pinch to zoom and read text or see images.
We worked with Ariel to produce layouts that worked across devices and reduced excessive text, promoting imagery of the vehicles and Ariel’s production processes.
These market leaders in pre-analytics have a dedication to raising standards and, with the right partners, capitalising on emerging opportunities for growth.
MWE have grown rapidly over the last few years. We’ve been with them on this journey, making sure that their print and digital output is always top standard, as well as evolving their brand and online presence to suit.
We’ve worked closely with their directors and marketing team to evolve their identity, bringing a fresh look to their established brand. Logo, colour palette, imagery and messaging have all been carefully considered to help move the organisation to their next level of growth.

MWE has been working with Kameleon for a number of years, and we have had excellent support and service from them. The most recent project that has been a success is our website. The team at Kameleon supported us through every step of the process and were very quick at getting the website up and running from start to finish. They are always good at recommending solutions to the most challenging of issues and have got a huge amount of experience. Kameleon have a very creative team.

Dupree & Co
How do you make a mortgage advisory service cut through a saturated market? By creating a bold new brand identity that defies industry norms.
Dupree & Co tasked us with coming up with a new brand vision for their growing mortgage advisory business. We worked with them to uncover the brand’s purpose and personality and presented two very different concepts to let them choose the overall direction they wanted to take.
The chosen approach was bright, colourful, friendly and upbeat. Illustrations were then commissioned to complement the brand, which have an inclusive feel and celebrate diversity.
The branding has been rolled out across their website, brochures, social media and promotional items.

Kameleon carried out a re-brand, designed a new website and printed marketing material. Whilst they did all the hard work, they gave us choices and listened to our feedback so that the end results were right for us. They’re a great team to work with. They’re responsive, creative, know all the ins and outs and make sure deadlines are hit. We love everything they have created and are still creating for us. It’s 100% us and we’re now in a place where we can shout about us and what we do and know we look the part.

Bush & Co
As an established accountancy firm, Bush & Co were looking for a brand identity which blended their traditional, professional values with a forward-thinking approach.
We worked closely with Bush & Co’s directors to pinpoint the company’s true purpose and distinct brand identity. The dominant themes that emerged were the need to express a sense of trust and their unique selling point – a combination of traditional wisdom with inquisitive innovation.
We used these themes to drive the final brand concept and subsequent marketing tools; from stationery, document templates and interior design suggestions, to a new website, which brings the brand to life online.

UK Hardwoods
A perfect example of blending form with function. We gave this natural flooring company a creative brand identity that reflects its sustainable ethos and a customer-focused website that drives business leads.
We were tasked with updating UK Hardwoods branding and developing a new website. The brand needed to express their earthy yet luxurious products and their passion for sustainable processes. As well as reflecting the brand values, the website needed to provide a practical quoting calculator and resource for all the different types of wood and finishes available. This involved developing bespoke functionality into the site to create a seamless user experience.

From digital, to print. We create items for Mezzana which help them go that little bit further for their clients. This card deck was used in workshops to help team discussions and group tasks.
Presentation templates, set up for multi-use, continuous purposes have been produced. Giving Mezzena the tools to adapt workshops and presentations themselves.

We engaged the team to help us as we were reinventing the business – we tasked them to take our essence (our purpose, values and vision) to design a new website and brand ‘look and feel’. They worked tirelessly in partnership with us during this period, and since then have become a trusted and valuable partner to us, supporting us in all aspects of brand and design. They’re unfailingly reliable, prompt and highly professional in everything they do, and we’d thoroughly recommend them.

Rowden Atelier
As a heritage business with a progressive outlook, Rowden needed a new visual identity to reflect its fine furniture atelier legacy, but with a modern twist.
Rowden Atelier are a long-established fine furniture workshop and educational institution, training cabinetmakers from around the world.
Following the death of founder David Binnington Savage, Rowden were keen to update their brand to reflect his legacy and evoke the core ethos and heritage of the fine furniture atelier.
We proposed a modest but not insubstantial development of the brand identity, defining core typography, colours and some principles for visual media, including a new logo. The project also included a website refresh and change in domain name.
The team continue to be instrumental in helping us clarify our message and vision, as well as communicating with our audience.
Matt Lacey General Manager, Rowden Atelier
Wonderstruck
How do you make science teaching more appealing? By bringing in the fun factor with a fresh, contemporary brand that ignites readers’ curiosity.
We carried out a constructive review and appraisal of Wonderstruck’s previous website and provided recommendations on how the website’s functionality could be improved to make it more user-friendly and intuitive for modern audiences. We then produced a revised logo system and brand refresh to emphasise Wonderstruck’s USP of making science fun.
A few spot illustrations were produced such as exploding teddy bears and bottle rockets in a cartoon style to showcase the personality of the brand and create a sense of individuality and anarchic fun.
To ensure the sense of individuality a few spot illustrations were produced. Exploding teddy bears and bottle rockets in a cartoon style put additional emphasis on the personality of the brand.

I have worked with the team for years. From our initial interaction, they were such a breath of fresh air, talent, generosity and kindness particularly as compared to the web developers we first used. I have since transferred all responsibilities of website design, management and branding to Kameleon and have absolutely no second thoughts.
